The Alberta Foundation for the Arts is a public agency and a provincial corporation of the Government of Alberta with a mandate to support and contribute to the development of the arts in Alberta. At the Alberta Foundation for the Arts we see an Alberta where a vibrant arts community inspires creativity and innovation, embraced by all Albertans.
Lions serve. It’s that simple, and it has been since we first began in 1917. Our clubs are places where individuals join together to give their valuable time and effort to improving their communities, and the world.
We are the city's designated arts development authority, created to support and strengthen the arts to benefit all Calgarians.
Founded in 1990, the Rozsa Foundation is a philanthropic organization known for effective support and advocacy for the Arts in Alberta. The Foundation builds on the legacy of Drs. Ted and Lola Rozsa, who were acknowledged champions of the Arts through their support of not-for-profit arts organizations active in the City of Calgary.
Calgary Foundation has been nurturing a healthy, vibrant, giving and caring community since 1955. We facilitate collaborative philanthropy by making powerful connections between donors and community organizations for the long-term benefit of Calgary and area.
